As an international student exchange organisation, you could imagine this year has been especially difficult for our company.
We would like to assure our families, we are doing everything in our power to keep moving forward with the hope of providing the same wonderful experiences as before the pandemic hit.
So far through the pandemic we have successfully helped all our students to safely return to their home countries and ensured that the participants are fully informed and refunded.
While we are still uncertain of what 2021 will bring, we are hopeful that we may be able to continue to help people experience languages, culture and the world. We will continue to communicate with our hosts and students with updates.
We will take new applications and process them as normal however we will not take payment until we are certain that the program will go ahead. This way we can be as prepared as possible for the future.
